This summer, we rounded up cattle and drove them all the way to Durango in an action-packed adventure through the Rockies in the old west! Ok, so we didn't drive ACTUAL cattle, but we played exciting new games, ran classic Camp Eden activities, and heard God's Word preached every day. Your camper had the opportunity to shoot slingshots, ride the zip line, and play Gaga ball during our free time and activity rotations. We went on adventures and hikes while enjoying God's creation in one of the most beautiful locations in the Rocky Mountains. And more important than anything else, they heard God's Word preached daily and had one-on-one time with God during their devotion times each day. At Camp Eden, we strive to give your campers opportunities to unplug from the distractions and noise of the world and allowing them to listen to the still, small voice of God by focusing on the Bible often during each day of camp. We loved the competition, fun, and activities, and it's such a privilege for us to share the Gospel with your campers. We saw many campers take one step closer to becoming like Jesus this summer!

Our Three Summer Camps
At Camp Eden, we have three unique camps designed to minister to your camper in specific ways.
Starter CampStarter Camp is for campers going into 2nd and 3rd grade. This is a two-overnight camp that runs from Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning. It's a great way to introduce kids to what we do here at Camp Eden. They will go on hikes, explore nature, play really fun games, and hear God's Word through preaching and devotions.
|
Junior CampJunior Camp is for campers going into 4th through 6th grade. This camp runs from Monday afternoon through Saturday morning. Junior Camp is when your kids will get to experience a full week of camp for the first time. They will play team games, be encouraged to memorize Scripture, clean their cabin for cabin inspection, and enjoy great food!
|
Teen CampTeen camp is for campers going into 7th through 12th grade. This is the ultimate camp experience. Teen campers will play the biggest games, have the most exciting activities, and get to dive deeper into God's Word in their devotions, chapels, and intentional, spiritual conversations with their counselors. Teen camp is the best!

Meet Our Speakers!
We had three speakers come to share the Gospel with your campers this summer.
Starter Camp | Tim ShelpTim has been a youth pastor and has worked with children for many years. He and his wife Cara have two daughters, one of whom will be a starter camper this summer! He is a big sports fan of all the right teams (Kansas City, sorry Denver fans), and loves playing golf and basketball. Tim is passionate about sharing God's Word with young people because they can tend to be more receptive to the Gospel. He had a lot of fun playing with the campers and sharing the timeless truths of God's Word with them!

Junior Camp | Nate CroswellPastor Nate grew up in Chicago in a Christian home. He attended a Christian school and a good church where he learned that he loved to preach. He then attended Maranatha Baptist University and earned an undergraduate degree in Youth Ministries and Coaching. Pastor Nate met his wife, Kara, the summer after he graduated at Camp Chetek in Wisconsin. Nate heard about an opening at Littleton Baptist Church in Littleton, Colorado, and after visiting and interviewing for the youth pastor position, Nate accepted the position at LBC and he and Kara moved to the Denver area in May of 2022. Nate and Kara got married in December of that year, and are now are serving together at Littleton Baptist Church.
|
Teen Camp | Jason ConableJason is a youth pastor in Iowa. He grew up in Commerce City and attended Camp Eden while he was in high school. He moved to Iowa for education at Faith Baptist Bible College and stayed to serve as associate pastor at Slater Baptist Church. He and his wife Kaylin have two children. Jason and Kaylin have been involved in camp ministry and youth ministry for many years. Jason loves the Colorado mountains, all Colorado sports teams, (even the Rockies) and he loves having time to share God’s word with the next generation. Jason loves playing sports too, and he loved getting to know the campers during the week and sharing what he has been learning from God's Word!
