When can we arrive for our camp?
We ask that rental groups arrive no earlier than an hour before their first scheduled event, and leave within an hour of the end of their last scheduled event. Contact your group representative to find out when those times might be.
What activities are available?
All rental and custom groups have access to the Willis Activity Center throughout their stay, including equipment for gym games (basketball, volleyball, etc.) and rec room games (pool, foosball, ping pong, etc.). Other outdoor activities available include things like disc golf, putt putt, horseshoes, and hikes. For a small fee, we offer activities like zipline, Archery Games, and mountain boarding. Many of our outdoor activities are weather dependent.

Our snack and gear store, Grandma Mackie's, is closed during rental camps, but gear is still available in the Lodge from the Camp Staff.

Do you rent to non-church groups?
Since Camp Eden is a ministry of Beth Eden Baptist Church, so we tend to focus our ministry towards church groups. But we are willing to work with socially conservative community groups and families to help them host events that will meet their needs as well. Some of the groups that have used our facilities include family reunions, community choirs and adventure camps.
Do you rent single cabins or tent sites?
Unfortunately, because of the way our campsite is setup, we do not rent our facilities to individuals to simply stay overnight. We are more than happy to accommodate small groups, but individuals or single families cannot use the facility alone.
What do you expect from rental groups?
Our rental procedure and guidelines for rentals are spelled out on our Rental Camp page.
Do you accommodate special diets?
Camp Eden cannot accommodate various special diets, so please plan to bring your own supplementary foods, if needed. A fridge, microwave, and toaster are available to store and prepare special diet foods.
Any serious allergies must be communicated to the camp kitchen team before a camp begins. Any allergies not communicated before camper arrival will incur a fee for not disclosing a serious allergy.
Food from Camp Eden’s meals that fit special diets will still be available to campers.

when are mealtimes?
The schedule for all rental and custom camps is determined by the group leader.
To ensure it is hot and fresh, food is only served during the first 30 minutes of all scheduled meal times. Late arrivals can obtain food from the kitchen until we begin cleaning up the meal. Our team will begin cleaning up about 45 minutes to an hour after the meal is scheduled to begin. You're welcome to continue talking during this time, but we will be cleaning up around you.

How do I get a hold of a rental camper?
Because of the limited number of phones, campers do not have access to phones or internet connections. If you need to contact a camper in case of emergency, please call the campsite (303-642-3683).
Cell phone service on the campsite is spotty and shouldn't be relied upon for contact.
